• 27 March - 02 April: R1 400, minimum 3 nights

HIGH SEASON (Easter)

• 03 April - 07 April: R1 500, miminum 3 nights

LOW SEASON

• 08 April - 25 June: R1 300, minimum 3 nights
  

MID SEASON (Winter holiday)

• 26 June - 20 July: R1 400, minimum 3 nights
  

LOW SEASON

• 21 July - 22 September: R1 300, minimum 3 nights

• MID SEASON (Spring holiday)

23 September - 05 October: R1 400, minimum 3 nights

LOW SEASON

06 October - 08 December: R1 300, minimum 3 nights

PEAK SEASON (Summer holiday)

09 December - 13 January: R2 300, minimum 5 nights

NOTICE

• Maximum capacity 6 people.
• Additional cleaning fee of R 500
• All prices include WiFi, DSTV Premium/Smart TV.
• A damage/breakage deposit of R1 000 is mandatory. This payment must be made 7 days before your arrival. You can expect to receive a full refund, via bank transfer, within 7 days after your check-out, provided that the property is inspected and no damages are found.

Cancellation policy:

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking; the balance is due one month before arrival. Cancellations made one month+ before the arrival date; guest will be refunded in full, any cancellations within the one month of arrival date will not be refunded.
