To ensure a fantastic stay for you and future guests, here are some guidelines:

1.      Respect the peace – No parties

Kindly ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum, particularly between 22h00 and 9h00, to foster positive relations with our community and prevent any potential neighbour complaints. Additionally, please refrain from playing loud music at any time.

2.      Parking:

To remain observant of local ordinance,  please  park within the designates zones. If you arrive in two cars, you can park one car underneath the building and the other in the lock-up garage.

3.      Smoke-Free stay:

Our apartment is a strict no-smoking   zone,  which helps us maintain a free environment. Please smoke outside on the balcony.

4.      No extra guests:

If you plan to have visitors during the  day, no  problem but please make sure  the only guest  who stay overnight are those listed in your  reservation. This helps us follow local ordinance on maximum occupancy and keep

our apartment comfortable and         safe for everyone.

5.      Pool safety and attire:

Please ensure that, without       exception, children are always supervised while using  the pool. Additionally, strictly  no glassware is  allowed in the pool  area to prevent accidents  and injuries. Swimming  without proper attire  in the  communal pool is not allowed under any circumstances.

6.      Refuse:

Please do not place any refuse

outside the premises except in the containers in the refuse area provided (behind the water tanks)

    7.      Handling damages:

Accidents happen. If something gets damage,  please let us know so we can take care of it.

8.     Simple clean-up:

Before you leave, please wash and put away the dishes or kitchenware you’ve used, so our housekeeper doesn’t have any extra work to do when preparing for the next guests. Please make sure not to leave any food remaining. Please don’t feel you have to make the beds or mop the floor; we’ll take care of that!

     9.   Pet policy:

         No pets allowed.

10.  To maintain the apartment’s good condition, kindly follow

       these general  guidelines for housekeeping:

  • The inventory must be checked by the guest upon arrival and any discrepancies must be reported.
  • Please make sure you switch off the air-conditioner, lights and fans, upon leaving the property - we’re an eco-friendly home!  Please lock the door and security gate.
  • Do not use the air-conditioner below 20˚ on the cool setting. Additionally make sure to keep all windows/sliding door closed while the air-conditioner is in use.
  • Please keep the patio set cushions in the apartment at night or if it rains.
  • Do not at any time sit on the furniture with wet bathing suits or dirty clothing.
  • Use coasters on all furniture (lounge and bedrooms) when putting down coffee mugs and drinking glasses.
  • Please eat at the designated areas i.e. breakfast nook or patio, not on furniture or in bedrooms.
  • Do not move furniture around on the premises and do not take it outside.
  • We would prefer it if you don’t use the blinds in the lounge, as it is very difficult to operate. Should you want to close the blinds, please note it takes two people to take the blinds up again.
  • One closet is locked and contain the owner’s items.
  • Please be respectful of the property and treat it as you would treat your home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.

11.  The guest is responsible for ensuring that any visitors comply with

       these House Rules.

12.  The guest accepts and agrees that the owner reserves the right to

unilaterally and  immediately suspend this agreement and evict

the guest and his/her party without refund in case of continued

behaviour deemed acceptable by the owner.
